Important Skills Technical Agile, Jira, Confluence Must Haves: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Investment data experience Experience within the asset management or financial services industry with at least three years as a Scrum Master. Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution and coaching skills. Responsible for ensuring team follows Agile values, principles and practices Build strong relationships with business divisions and departments across the company globally; build a trusting environment where issues are raised with an emphasis on correcting and problem-solving. Champions collaborative discussion, decision-making and problem-solving in support of assigned initiatives. Facilitates meetings and ensure Scrum events are held (Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint, Sprint Review and Retrospective) Facilitate the completion of assignments efficiently and without dictating work. Holds the team accountable and ensures the team understands and meets goals Facilitates conversation to create a plan to address process improvements Tracks and publishes progress towards goals / project execution Monitor budget and escalate issues as appropriate. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Additional skills/experience: Scrum master experience at an asset management company Investment data experience preferred.
