[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP CRM Techno Functional Consultant:::: Calgary, Canada (Remote):::Contract Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP CRM functionality, as well as strong technical skills to make code/ABAP changes and write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs). They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP CRM solutions to support our business processes and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Work closely with business users to gather and understand requirements for SAP CRM solutions Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business needs Write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) to clearly document requirements Create and maintain SAP CRM configurations Make code/ABAP changes to SAP CRM solutions Test and troubleshoot SAP CRM solutions Provide ongoing support to SAP CRM users Work with other teams to ensure that SAP CRM solutions are integrated with other systems Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP CRM technologies and trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience with SAP CRM Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality, including sales, service, and marketing modules Experience with ABAP programming Experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Thanks and Regards, Ujjawal Singhal Delta System & Software, Inc. 3721 S.
