Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - GCP Location: Remote Must be very strong with GCP/Python/Bash Must be a SRE for at least 2 project Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python scripting, infrastructure automation using Terraform, and container orchestration with Kubernetes. The role involves working remotely and requires a commitment to long-term collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Python Scripting: Proficient in Python scripting for automation and tooling. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Demonstrated experience with Terraform for defining and managing infrastructure as code. Kubernetes Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. GCP Proficiency: Previous roles as a Site Reliability Engineer with GCP as the primary cloud platform. Build & Release Background: Background in Build & Release processes, including the ability to create servers and applications from scratch. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role with a focus on GCP. Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tool development. Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. In-depth knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes. Experience in building and releasing applications and servers from the ground up. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
