From: Yogesh Sharma, StellentIT yogesh@stellentit.com Reply to: yogesh@stellentit.com Business Systems Analyst Remote Phone + Skype Job description: Execute procedures and ticket queues related to card operations and ongoing process improvement Perform audits on new clients Research issues that require critical thinking and problem solving Participate in cross-functional task forces and special projects as assigned Assist with cross-departmental training Work with partner vendors on projects, configuration, implementation and issues Assist and drive the Quality Assurance Analysts (QAs) with any testing needs when they arise Assist with any Production Verification measures to ensure that card related projects are successful post-release Monthly & weekly reporting What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.) Healthcare Industry Experience: Preferably someone who understands health benefit accounts such as HSA; HRA and FSA. Operational or IT support experience. Intermediate skill level in analyzing data and identifying trends and issues. What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill) High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. Ability to multi-task including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product. Proven skill in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations. Ability to work full-time, Monday Friday; 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am 5:00pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
