COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Lead Data Analyst New Jersey Area Local/ nearby candidates who can work in Hybrid mode Hire Type: Contract Job Responsibilities: Handles day-to-day data analysts and project coordination responsibilities including developing and updating detailed project plans, resolving project and resource conflicts, facilitating solutions across department boundaries, tracking and communicating progress of multiple concurrent projects, and driving a sense of urgency and dedication across all projects. Member of Transformation Command Center team Documenting Template Driven Transformation Rules Write JIRA User Stories Runbook enhancement testing Working with workstreams on runbook data quality Develop reporting in Excel/VBA Confirm secondary task owners and contact details for all task owner Follow up with workstream task owners and escalate as necessary Potentially manage/coordinate with offshore resources for execution support as needed Qualifications: Advance Business Analysis skills preferably some experience working with or documenting business/functional requirements Strong Excel skills VBA/macro experience a plus, proven strong Excel analysis skills Runbook enhancement testing Basic project management/PMO/project support or coordination skills (create and track a simple project plan, take & distribute meeting notes) Possesses strong ability to understand and communicate issues Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment Strong working knowledge of MS Project Experience working and managing projects in an Agile environment Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization Strong organizational/conflict resolution skills with a polished and professional presence An energetic, positive and innovative attitude, working as a true team player and facilitator to bring their project to a successful delivery Thanks & Regards, Divya Pandey, Technical Recruiter |Email: [email protected] Resource Logistics, Inc. -- Keywords: access management information technology microsoft |
