Experience as onsite coordinator for test management and offshore team coordination Need deep understanding of software development, architecture to help drive quality early in the life cycle of a product development. Define the scope of testing within the context of each release. Develop and implement test plans and test strategies. Allocate resources and responsibilities based on project needs. Lead the execution of manual test cases and ensure timely completion. Coordination with offshore team Oversee defect tracking, ensure timely resolution, and prioritize defects. Mentor and provide guidance to the manual testing team. Review and approve test cases, scripts, and scenarios created by team members. Ensure test cases cover all requirements and user stories. Communicate regularly on testing progress, milestones, and risks. Prepare detailed reports for management review. Ensure all testing documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive. Collaborate with developers, product/project managers, and other stakeholders. Identify and implement improvements in testing processes and tools. Train and mentor team members on best practices. Hands on experience in functional and non-functional testing. Strong domain experience and knowledge of Healthcare domain Must have 8+ years of experience in software testing Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual software testing with at least 2 years in a lead role. Proven expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills. Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of automation engineers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with client stakeholders & cross-functional / 3rd party team. Good to have: Exposure to DevOps CI-CD/Continuous testing using Jenkins/ADO Any certification related to software testing (e.g., ISTQB Advanced).
