Job Description: About the job Public Cloud Project Manager "1. SAP Expertise as it relates to defining and understanding the project core objectives and alignment with the cloud mindset for adopting the digital core solution." "2. Project Management skills aligned with the SAP Activate Methodology schedule, cost, scope, quality tools, processes, to keep the quadruple constraint prioritized and in balance. Direct experience delivering projects with the SAP Activate methodology is a plus. (In contemporary terminology performance, value, complexity with the right level of tailoring with a results / outcome focus and the buck stops here workstyle.)" "3. Multiple Implementations ideally with global experience focused on understanding the cultural difference and international challenges of localizations." "4. Team Leadership effective communication (all types) and relationship building." "5. The need for and understanding of change management activities and its relationship to the transformation journey." Project Manager - NTH "6. Business process and technical acumen to support guiding decision making and problem solving." "7. Situational awareness and problem solving" "8. Managing uncertainty with risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring" "9. Experience with the cloud platform deployment model " "10.
