Position: UX Designer Location: Jersey City, NJ / Minneapolis, MN (Onsite with Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Expertise in Tool: FIGMA Excellent communication skills evaluating existing sites and products for usability working with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projects. carrying out research into users needs developing personas, work with Pos to create user stories and other resources that capture users needs. Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs. using specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypes. making recommendations and planning changes based on user feedback. exploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users feedback. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
