We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician. to join our team/ work with one of our clients. I would love to tell you a little more about this position and learn a few things about you, as well. Desktop Support Technician Parsippany, NJ (Day 1 Onsite) 3-6 Months+ Shifts between 7 AM to around 8 PM, some weekend work. We need 2 more people Immediate start once accepted by client. There would be 3-4 interviews that we would do our best to fast track. Must have: Basically looking for 2-3 yrs of solid deskside support experience with Windows 10 and office 365 troubleshooting. Must have solid hardware and software skills. Very good/clear communication and interpersonal skills. Position Description The Desktop Technician will provide ongoing onsite support to our client in Whippany, NJ over the next 3-4 months on a full-time contract or temporary basis with potential for extension and/or conversion to a full-time employment role. The successful candidate must be able to adjust to varying schedules, which includes working weekends, mid-day to late evening shifts, or early morning mornings to early afternoon shifts. Must Have Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience with the following: PC and laptop hardware knowledge Windows 10 troubleshooting and problem remediation knowledge O365 troubleshooting and problem remediation knowledge Deskside support experience Willingness and ability to work a varying schedule which could include weekend work Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Monitor and maintain the WCS/WMS (warehouse control system) and (warehouse management system) Track the status of orders being processed Through Kisoft, and Fireworx (PKMS) track the position of products and skus as they move thru the warehouse.
