The Special Projects team consists of 6 applications that include the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT), Uniform Accounting System (UAS), Random Moment Sampling System (RMSS), Debt Setoff (DSO) programs, (EAP) Energy Assistance Program, and the New Hire (W-4) systems. Job Responsibilities: Assists user/customers in developing test plans, test scripts, and implementation plans as requested Performs requirements, design and code walk through /reviews as requested Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation on all standards and ensures that the information is appropriately published and distributed Tests applications for concrete, consistent, observable results in accordance with system requirements and specifications Measures the severity of failures and defects in accordance with test plan guidelines. Accurately and thoroughly documents application performance failures and defects during each quality review session and communicates test results to programming staff and/or management Maintains issues/defects related to the test life cycle or change control environment into applicable tracking system. Conducts JAD sessions/testing meetings, as necessary with customers and technical staff during the test life cycle.
