The candidate should be able to work independently from day one and should have expertise in running programs in an agile environment. Skills: Should be able to set up & run a program end to end. Should have excellent skills in managing a complex program in a dynamic , multicultural, multivendor in geographically distributed environment Should be able to manage all program communication & End to End reporting. Should have demonstrated expertise in identifying and managing risks, issues ,defects, dependencies action items and decision making at program level and at project level Should be able to facilitate meetings across workstreams ( internal & external) Should be able to work with internal & external stakeholders. Should have good understanding about RACI, Program change Management.
