Brings extensive knowledge on configuring Payroll elements and should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll module, including Payroll Processing, Payroll GL/Costing and Payroll Taxation. Assisted with data conversion from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud. Following are the key areas the candidate should bring experience and expertise to assist the Payroll Technology team. Worked in Oracle Cloud methodologies and experience in creating new, enhance and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL and OIC. Solid understanding of configuring Payroll foundational components and elements. Solid knowledge of on-cycle and off-cycle payroll process flows, taxation, costing and creation of third-party files. Solid knowledge of loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll related items. Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and user understanding of the system to Payroll Technology Team. Working knowledge of Oracle FAW is a plus.
