Designing and developing front end for GIS web applications using HTML/CSS/JavaScript Creating, publishing, and administering ArcGIS Server services, ArcGIS Portal Building, editing and geoprocessing GIS Data using ArcGIS Pro Tools and Workflow Manager. Interacting with user to capture and document requirements. Providing maintenance support for enterprise GIS applications Providing documentation, training, and support in the hand-off of the GIS application development and server/services administration. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Web GIS application development and has completed at least two medium-to-large scale Web GIS Application development and deployments using ArcGIS Server JavaScript APIs, HTML/CSS/JavaScript Strong web application design and development skills Strong programming skills including ArcGIS JavaScript API, REACT JS, ArcGIS .NET API, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, REST, and web services. Experience designing, programming, testing/debugging web applications. Experience with ArcGIS Pro 2.9 or higher, ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2 or higher & ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 or higher Experience with Oracle database and SQL Server Database. Proficient in presentation layer technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX Strong understanding of GIS ESRI software and data management structures and needs. A bachelors degree in information systems, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
