Please let me know your interest Role: Guide Wire (Developer - Integration) Location: San Antonio/Plano/Phoenix From day 1 working from office or no: Not Mandatory but recommended Integrator Developer The Sr. GW integration Developer having a thorough understanding of Guidewire products with a specific skill set in claims center. This role needs working with internal customers to design, develop, make program and/or integration changes to deliver business functionality within Guidewire. The individual will be a leader within the team and help develop GW skills and experience with other team members. Good to have : GW v10 insurance integration specialist certified. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The role will work with internal customers/architects/Developers to design, develop, and maintain functionality within the Guidewire platform. Work with development teams so that proper patterns/practices are used to deliver software solutions. Represent integration resources and demand in planning sessions with a keen eye on delivery. Responsible for Development skill assessments and making sure Developers are getting the proper feedback around the work that they are doing. Assess Technical Debt and Priorities with the development teams and leads to make sure the solutions that are built are sustainable and are production ready. Other Duties as assigned.
