DB2 LUW Application DBA experience for the last 8+ Years 2. Complex SQL Scripting 7+ Years 3. Scripting 7+ Years 4. Informatica 5+ years 5. AWS 3+ years 6. Oracle nice to have 7. Process Automation 2+ Expert knowledge of DB2 version DB2 LUW (v11.x, v10.x, v9.x), Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with others Represent the database team in application development projects with business analysts Promote DB2 best practices and new features to developers during application design and implementation Ability to mentor others, including junior DBAs and application developers, as well as clearly explain complex technical issues to business analysts and end users Proficiency with logical and physical data modeling design concepts Solid performance tuning experience in assisting developers with SQL queries, indexing, stored procedures, triggers and resolving concurrency issues Experience with table partitioning and maintaining very large databases Creation and maintenance of database objects (tables, columns, indexes, etc) Implement best practices for database backup and recovery strategies Experience in setting and scheduling of database maintenance utilities, with different restrictive levels tailored to application usage with the organization.
