This position is critical for the Web Systems team to deliver on its mandate of building and maintaining interactive solutions for NCDOT customers. Must have experience building modern web applications with NPM, JavaScript, CSS, and especially Vue.js. Should also be proficient in building great user experiences in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power Apps. Should have ability to work directly with business customers to gather requirements, facilitate testing, and triage/support user and system issues.
