Database support will be in azure cloud and google cloud specific to PostgreSQL. Oracle knowledge not required but will be considered since this product is moving from oracle to PostgreSQL for some customers. PostgreSQL DBA is an expert in managing the PostgreSQL database system Expertise in writing SQL queries, analyzing query performance using query plans and tuning query performance . Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery and replication solutions and best practices. Demonstrated experience implementing deploying Postgres database servers Postgres database performance tuning and script automaton to streamline the process. Advanced knowledge of Database Administration on PostgreSQL platforms operating within on premise & AWS installations. Advanced knowledge of Database operational monitoring & alerting for PostgreSQL.
