Position: 100% Remote MES Analyst. Location: 100% Remote Duration : 12 + Months Job Description: Note: we need hands on FTPS/AMPS/Siemens. Key Responsibilities MES Integration is enabling the transfer of information between Various Automation Systems, Standalone Equipment (Vendor Packaged Equipment) and Benchtop (Portable Lab Equipment) Equipment Implement the MES solution for all EBRS Coordinate site readiness across multiple, parallel implementations globally Align MES solutions with the global roll out of other dependent systems, for example SAP, LIMS, IPL Support sites during go-live transition and post implementation Work closely with Site team responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in the integration of equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Strong experience with both/or MES & Automation systems. Experience with integration of MES integration other Applications (ERP, preferably SAP) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) systems/ Historians OSISoft PI desired Analysis and solving of technical issues related to integration solutions. Significant experience with MES systems desirable, preferably Rockwell Pharmasuite, Siemens OpCenter, Emerson Syncade, Weum PAS-X Manage activities of URS/FRS generation, software configuration/coding and general oversight to the MES software documentation practices A thorough understanding of system cGMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in cGMP environments. Ability to liaise where necessary with MES platform provider, engineering contractor, and equipment vendors on the lifecycle of document preparation, approval, coding, and delivery Ability to evaluate solutions and recommend action based on meeting scope, schedule, and budget Functional/business analysis, version control, application interface design, understanding of architecture design and relative concepts, understanding of manufacturing and automation concepts and systems such as MES, PLM, ERP, SCADA, Delta V, OPC, Historians etc. Understanding of integration, queueing and streaming concepts such as channels, queues, topics etc. Knowledge of ISA95 and ISA88. Design and analysis of software systems and architectures Document a detailed interface index listing out technical specifications, deployments, descriptions and so on. Collaborate with the team and the business to capture and fully understand requirements Map out details of existing deployments and environments Contribute to analysis, documentation and support of current deployments. Experience & Knowledge Required Must have hands-on experience in a biotech manufacturing and supply chain environment. Knowledge of Pharma Manufacturing and supply chain and supporting technology like SAP, Oracle, JDE. Knowledge of Electronic Batch Records eBR and RbE. Experience in basic control systems design, development and integration like PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI and Historian is desired. Experience of systems integrations from L0 to L4 Experience in designing automation control strategy Knowledge of cGMP regulations, including 21CFR part 11, and good documentation practices. Good understanding of Webservers (Apache/JBOSS). Knowledge of publishing Applications, User access, Printers and Peripheral management in Citrix environment. Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Industry 4.0 and IIoT Experience working in a high speed, open and global manufacturing environment Strong Knowledge of Relations databases like Oracle and SQL Server, Networking, OPC Servers, Historians (OSI PI Historian) etc. Experience working with Agile methodology (Preferably SAFE Agile) If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
