He/she must have demonstrated hands on experience with troubleshooting Windows and Linux server platforms and understand Oracle and SQL database functionality/connectivity, layer 2 and 3 technologies and do simple troubleshooting techniques DNS, DHCP, CIFS/NFS, SAN/NAS, DBMS, VLANs, and server side configurations Experience with some of the following: Cisco routing and switching, Load Balancers, TACACS+/Radius, Nexus, Checkpoint firewall. Experience working in a GxP environment.
