ISU/CRB: SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAPs Industry Specific Solution for Utilities (ISU), meter reading, meter data management, scheduling, customer service integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Financial Contract Accounts (FICA), Billing/Invoicing, and Device Management (DM) is preferred. b. ISU/CRB: Experience in working with Vendor Invoice Management (Open Text VIM) applications is preferred.
