Requirements and skills: Knowledge of the scrum framework Experience with JIRA/Confluence Experience in a Scrum Master role Able to champion and mentor Agile framework Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Ability to coordinate with business members and developers to ensure on-time deliverables Excellent communication skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Familiarity with software development Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Able to coordinate multiple teams and projects concurrently Skills and Experience: Experience working with Capital Markets front-office development, quantitative and trading teams.
