The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: o Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and strategic goals. o Break down projects into manageable phases and tasks, assigning responsibilities to team members. o Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and identify potential risks or issues. o Manage project timelines, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes. o Follow Agile development practices Stakeholder Management: o Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. o Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, ensuring their alignment with project goals. o Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly to maintain project momentum and satisfaction. Team Leadership and Motivation: o Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their goals. o Motivate and inspire team members to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results. Issue Resolution and Conflict Management: o Identify, assess, and prioritize potential project risks and issues. o Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise. o Manage conflicts constructively, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach. Project Documentation and Reporting: o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports. o Prepare regular project updates, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. o Document lessons learned from completed projects to improve future project outcomes. Qualifications and Skills: Education and Experience: o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field o PMP Certification is desirable o Must have Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM, A-CSM) or Certified/Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST). o Must have a Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects across multiple departments. o Must have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget, schedule, and scope. Technical Skills: o Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile Development frameworks) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint). o Proficient in project planning and usage of scheduling software o Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques. o Familiarity with change management processes and tools. Soft Skills: o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. o Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex project challenges. o Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. o Adaptability and resilience to handle unexpected changes and maintain project momentum.
