From: James Smith, Yochana Solutions INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title- PLM Technical Program or Project Manager Location Remote, USA Duration 1+year Augmented PLC - Its been agreed upon to augment the current PLC with two phases - intake management preceding requirements and post deployment continuous improvement. Detail out these two augmented phases and update all relevant existing PLC design documentation. Requirements traceability - Update existing templates - BRD, PRD to include traceability to UATs, standardized product business and design metrics and phased evolution. Use best practices for BRD and PRD what they should include, and what they shouldnt in the process of updating the templates. Proactive risk management - Create a risk log template (Design / Process FMEA) with review and update framework for all PLC phases. Traceable User Acceptance Tests (UATs) - Support the cross functional team in improving existing UAT templates to enforce traceability back to requirements and risks throughout all PLC phases. Revise existing PLC RACI to align with the proposed augmented PLC to drive well defined engagement with UFO-DCSW-E2E Systems stakeholders for requirements, design and dev phases and with Working Group(s) for pilot and GA phases. Create an unified database of all projects in Smartsheets - This is a team effort that the TVC shall contribute on behalf of the E2E Systems team. Develop end to end KPIs to measure, track and report product portfolio performance in Smartsheet dashboard (e.g. cycle time for various PLC phases, on time delivery, progress status and leading risk indicators to gauge project health). Support creation of training of diagnose/repairs software products in client s learning management system (illuminate). Create process and documentation to drive Intake and Prioritization Process (IAP) using Augmented PLC.
