Ideal candidates should bring a deep understanding of systems thinking, adeptly applying this approach to complex enterprise problems. Collaboration is key, as the role involves working closely with product owners, scrum teams, and fellow UX designers to develop design solutions that effectively address user needs and system complexities. Candidates are expected to actively participate in design reviews and user testing to validate and optimize their design solutions. Comprehensive understanding of systems thinking and its application to complex enterprise issues. Effective collaboration with cross functional teams and participation in design reviews and user testing. Experience in modernizing and improving interaction patterns within products, while integrating existing frameworks. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with UX Designers to assess prototypes, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Comprehensive Research: Experience conducting comprehensive UX research, including evaluative research (usability testing and user interviews), exploratory research (user needs and behavior studies), and validation testing to confirm design hypotheses. Research Coordination: Demonstrated ability to propose, plan, and coordinate research initiatives effectively, including creating detailed research plans, securing stakeholder buy in, managing deadlines, scheduling participants, and ensuring successful execution. Data Synthesis: Proficiency in synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX research best practices and methodologies such as usability testing, interviewing, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
