Job Title: SAP Performance Engineer Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX Hybrid mode (3 days a week) from client location (Day one Onsite) need candidate on our W2 Duration: Long Term Interview: WebEx Hire Job Description: Must have: Valid LinkedIn Profile Two professional references Prior Apple experience is must have Job description: Mandatory skills: Performance Engineering on SAP, ABAP, Python/Java/C++, LoadRunner/Jmeter, SQL Tuning, JVM Tuning, Dynatrace/AppDynamics Desired skills: Experience in Cloud-based platforms like AWS and GCP Roles and Responsibilities: Must-Have Experience: Exp : Minimum 6+ years experience in Performance Testing and engineering Strong experience in performance testing of SAP applications. Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++). Experience in performance testing tools - LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, Postman. Experience in data analysis and visualization, end-to-end performance, and root cause analysis. Experience in service-oriented architecture, and RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of performance-tuning SQL queries. Extensive hands-on experience with JVM tuning techniques. Experience with application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. Efficiently work with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks. Responsibilities: Define, develop and apply performance/scalability benchmarks. Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability. Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis. Devise and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes. Plan and execute performance tests using an automated testing environment and conduct analysis of results. Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions in cross-team engineering efforts and own quality perspectives for the design.
