Role: SQL Server Database Developer Location: Hybrid(Salem, OR) Duration: 1+ Year Job Description: As a SQL Server Database Developer, the practitioner will require a strong understanding of SQL Server, the ability to write simple to medium complex SQL queries, excellent analytical skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with team members. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop SQL Server queries to support applications and business needs. Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting. Create and implement database schemas, tables, views, and functions. Edit and Optimize existing queries for performance and changed requirements, ensuring data integrity and security. Collaborate with software developers to deliver complex report SQLs. Develop and maintain documentation of database design, processes, and procedures. Communicate and collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide explanations as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest database trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in SQL Server database development, including T-SQL and SSMS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to write and optimize simple to medium complex SQL queries. Familiarity with database design principles and best practices. Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
