You will be providing support and oversight to migration activities within this United States not-for-profit healthcare system. Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end data conversion activities from Allscripts to Epic EHR systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, extract, transform, and load data accurately and efficiently. Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity and completeness of converted data. Create documentation, including conversion plans, procedures, and reports, to support data migration processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues, provide recommendations, and optimize data conversion methodologies. Mandatory Skills Description: Proven experience in EHR data conversion, particularly from Allscripts to Epic systems. Proficiency in utilizing data migration tools, scripts, and methodologies. Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA regulations. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
