Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months

Required Skills

10+ years of experience working with the Kronos Workforce suite of products, implementing, and configuring Kronos Workforce Central or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.

Implement and configure Kronos Workforce Central, specifically the Accruals & Absence Management modules.

Configure WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals).

Facilitate and guide the full life cycle of the project or workstream including Business Analysis, Design, System Configuration, Testing

Lead the gathering of detailed requirements, develop a design, and then build the design to deliver the solution to the client.

Demonstrate advanced-level knowledge of the Kronos Workforce suite of products.

Pilot complex working sessions, define objectives and provide strategic guidance to meet client-specific needs.

Experience implementing and configuring Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.

Ability to configure WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals).

Performed the full life cycle of a project including leading the gathering of detailed requirements, develop and built the design and delivered the solution to the client and provided support as required.

Domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products

Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.

Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.

Willing to travel to customer location as needed

Preferred Skills:

Any experience with Workforce Dimensions is highly desired but not essential.

Knowledge of building and/or supporting interfaces using Kronos WIM and/or Dell Boomi for Kronos Dimensions would be a plus.

Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities, and Workforce Central/Dimensions modules will be a plus.
