Supporting customers on architecture reviews to provide technical details on how Agent Assist integration with customers existing Cloud or on-prem infrastructure. Bringing customers challenges first hand to the Engineering team to improve on the product feature. Authoring integration playbook to scale for more integration needs. Minimum Qualifications You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. Very familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Redis Memorystore, Secret Manager, Cloud Run, Authentication (e.g. OAuth2). Experience with scalable networking technologies (such as Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms). Working knowledge of container technologies (such as Kubernetes, Docker). 5 years of industry experience with Cloud Architecture design and implementation. Preferred Qualifications Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable: Familiarity with multiple Cloud providers, e.g. Azure, AWS Good communication and collaboration skills.
