Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols, and industry best practices. Subject matter expertise with run-time platforms & technologies like Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML and Public Key Infrastructures. Experience implementing a third-party identity management system like SailPoint or Saviynt is a strong plus. Proficiency in scripting and software development, particularly with platforms such as Power, Python, and C#. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Relevant industry certifications (i.e., CISSP) are a plus.
