Strong problem-solving skills are required to debug replication scenarios when they fail. In some situations, this will require opening cases with IBM. Good communication skills As 3rd level support, we consult with State Farm DBAs regarding replication setups. In some cases, the DBA will perform the set up; in others, we complete the set up. Familiarity with Linux We replicate data between z/OS and LUW Db2 systems.
