Proficient in SQL Server including database design, query optimization, and data manipulation. Solid understanding of .NET Framework including ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Windows Forms. Developing with Azure cloud services such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage. Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and their functionalities. Familiarity with FYI Identitech and its capabilities for comparison and migration purposes. Upgrading legacy systems and data migration techniques. Basic understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data extraction and transformation. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Non-Technical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze the existing legacy solution and design an efficient and scalable digital asset solution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to project challenges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements. Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office 365, and Power BI. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles. Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of security best practices for data protection. Working with large datasets and high-performance application Experience Preferred Technical Experience (5+ years with the following): Programming in C# (including .NET Framework and .NET Core). SQL Server (including T-SQL and relational database design). Azure Cloud Platform. Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems: Working with DAM concepts, metadata, workflows, and integrations. Familiarity with industry standard DAM solutions like FYI Identitech, Adobe Experience Manager, and OpenText Media Management. Experience with legacy system migration and modernization: Ability to analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement migration strategies. Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data migration tools. Experience with cloud-based deployments: Understanding of cloud infrastructure and best practices for deploying applications in the cloud. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices: Ability to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. Experience with troubleshooting and debugging issues. Experience working in a team environment. Strong project management experience. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Experience working with FYI Identitech and Oracle Database.
