Hi All,

Role: UI Lead
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA ( day one onsite)
Position Type: Contract

Technical Skills:

Tech Skills

HTML5, CSS3,
CSS frameworks like LESS and SASS, Responsive Design, Bourbon, Twitter Bootstrap
jQuery
MV* frameworks such as Backbone.js and Ember.js, D3
Angular4+
SQL Server
Strong knowledge of Java 8, JEE, servlets and web services

Proficiency with common development tools (e.g., Git, Jira, etc.) and processes (e.g., pair programming, QA, deployments)
Passion for software development processes and engineering culture
Experience with Instrumentation, analytics, and performance measurement
Experience with agile methodology is a plus (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Experience with AWS or GCP a plus
Experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL is a plus
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code, with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA.
Must have experience working on production support providing L3 support within the defined SLAs
Experience in US Healthcare domain is highly preferred

Process Skills:

Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
Keep up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
Good time-management skills

Self-sufficient and strong communication skills (must be able to work with external groups/departments).
Should be able to lead a team of 3 5 members and successfully deliver major enhancements or small projects
Manage the team and provide guidance in incident and ticket resolution
Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment

Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
