Must have experience working on production support providing L3 support within the defined SLAs Experience in US Healthcare domain is highly preferred Process Skills: Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features. Keep up-to-date on best practices and new technologies. Good time-management skills Self-sufficient and strong communication skills (must be able to work with external groups/departments). Should be able to lead a team of 3 5 members and successfully deliver major enhancements or small projects Manage the team and provide guidance in incident and ticket resolution Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
