It is critical that the candidate has the ability to navigate complex customer relationships while driving towards timelines and program success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for complex IT projects, aligning with organizational objectives. Project Management: Utilize PMI/Agile methodologies to manage IT projects over $100m, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Risk and Compliance Management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards. Technology Implementation: Oversee the deployment of various technology solutions, including COTS software and IT architecture optimization. Qualifications Education: M.S. in Technology Systems Management or related field. Experience: 30 or more years in Technology Management and IT Project Management. Certifications: PMI Certified PMP, PMI ACP, AIIM CIP. Skills: Expertise in Jira, Microsoft TFS, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other COTS applications and platforms. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information effectively to various stakeholders.
