Contract Position Summary FCDC is seeking an IT Business Analyst Contractor to join our team. This will be a 14-month contract with the possibility of conversion. The contractor must live in Ohio and can travel into the office at least three days per week. Gather and analyze current workflow documentation from as-is to a to-be state for iasTax implementation. Conducts business process review based on completed workflow diagrams. Develop and understand how business needs will impact implementation and work with teams to adjust processes and document accordingly. Conduct meetings with the appropriate subject matter experts in business to gather requirements, analyze, and finalize documentation. Assists in writing test scripts, test cases, and testing results. Work closely with the operational functional teams, operations management and personnel, and various technology teams to facilitate a common understanding of requirements. Create and maintain data dictionary project. Works closely with Tyler Technology PM and FCDC PM to identify gaps/needs.
