Responsibilities include analysis, architecture, design, hands-on development, testing, and documentation of business applications and process automation, often leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate, along with Forms, Teams, and SharePoint Online. The Developer will work as part of a larger team focused on collaborative technologies, interacting daily with other team members and business unit stakeholders.Requirements At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in the latest Microsoft 365/SharePoint online platform Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying data collection and reporting solutions using SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams & SharePoint; including administration tasks such as creating/configuring SharePoint sites & managing user permissions) Experience with Sharegate migration tool and Nintex cloud workflows and forms preferred but not required Demonstrated experience in implementing workflows and processes to manage information using collaboration and knowledge management platforms Experience supporting solution development projects using Agile development methodology Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the messageTop Skills1.
