You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and third-party vendors. Ensure optimal resource utilization. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Proactively address any issues that may impact project delivery. Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards. Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget. Assess the impact of changes and adjust project plans accordingly. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement. Capture lessons learned for future projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering complex, technical projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -- K .
