For SM / AD level role More innovation & thought leadership and true experience is critical. 2. For Senior Consultant level role Hands on expertise with good communication skills and client service skills is critical. Minimum of 10-12 years' experience in SAP Financials- SAP Group Reporting/SAC/BPC EPM modules Financial Planning and Consolidations Experiences is Legal(GAAP/IFRS) and Management reporting with the ability to connect with senior stakeholders. Experience in broader Record to Report areas in SAP FICO like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Controlling (CO), Central Finance Minimum of 7-9 year experience leading/handling implementation and end-to-end delivery responsibilities (design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical architecture) Minimum of 3-4 years of Data and Reporting either as an analyst analyzing or identifying reporting requirements or building queries (Excel, BOBJ, FIORI, AFO etc.) Financial Accounting and/or Business Analyst Experiences including FP&A, SG&A, Consolidations or Operations Accounting Experience in Business Development Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience. Experience working on SAP including, SAP ECC , S/4 HANA, SAP BW, BPC, Planning Applications, and Group Reporting implementation. You have external client-facing consulting experience.
