PENS has applications across many sectors including emergency management, public safety, situational awareness, business resilience, and insurance. The PENS Product Owner will be responsible for all aspects of the PENS product portfolio and will encompass many roles including maintaining and enhancing the existing products, database administration, security compliance, sales support, new feature and product development, custom data/product integrations, and data science applied to historical analysis. It will also include overseeing the relationships with the data suppliers, aggregating the raw data, auditing the data, deriving the power states and events, and finally, delivering the appropriate notifications, alerts, and event information. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in data-driven product management, sales/customer support, and product development. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript. Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, and SQL/GoogleSQL. Experience with shell scripting in a Linux environment. Tenacious debugging and troubleshooting.
