Candidate may need to travel to attend workshops they are leading to deliver the content. All workshop prep/ planning is done remote. We are looking for a Lead SAP Business Analyst (TM): IV. You will be working with an external solution integrator for a green field implementation, SAP TM, SAP TD and participating in SAP Secondary Distribution. SAP Secondary Distribution is a skillset that will be required to ensure success in identifying enhancement points, participating in workshops, and delivering RICEFW with a team through a rigorous build / testing framework. Strong hands-on configuration experience required. What Will You Do Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP Secondary Distribution for a green field project, working closely with a solution integrator. Identify enhancement points, participate in workshops, and deliver RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) with a team. Configure and enhance SAP Secondary Distribution, with a strong focus on creating transportation demand from tickets and interacting with truck drivers and carriers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business requirements. Provide expertise in SAP Hydrocarbon and SAP TM (Transportation Management) modules. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the project team. Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Ensure effective communication and organized thought delivery throughout the project. What Experience Should You Have Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations SAP At least 5 years of hands-on experience of SAP TM and/or SAP Secondary Distribution Management configuration and enhancement, with a strong focus on creating transportation demand from tickets and interacting with truck drivers and carriers. 1 years of experience in SAP Hydrocarbon or IS-Oil 5 years of with SAP Transportation Management (TM) 2 full lifecycle implementations. People Net experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver organized thoughts. Self-starter and independent worker.
