The ideal SAP FICO Consultant will have been through at least 2 SAP FICO implementations and can help their Finance and Technology teams establish processes and efficiencies for the new system within their organization. You will be the liaison between the Finance and Technology teams and strong interpersonal skills/communication skills are required. Seeking a true SAP consultant with strong process and structural background. Responsibilities: Directly responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day management of the operation of SAP FI-CO and related business systems and applications to ensure effective business operations. Analyze functional business issues in AP, Asset Management and EBS and collaborate with business leaders to resolve issues and find solutions. Assist with period-end closing tasks and develop process improvements to the close process in SAP. Consults with senior management and key stakeholders to exchange information, present new approaches, and discuss equipment/system changes. Requirements: Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Accounting, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems Management. Minimum of 3-5 SAP implementations in relevant SAP FI-CO Functional Area Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementation as a functional team lead, implementation manager, solution architect, or lead consultant Mandatory experience with SAP New GL design and principles Experience in end-user support in Finance departments (AP, AR, EAM, Banking Integrations, FP&A and Reporting). Preferred, but not mandatory experience with S/4 implementation in the SAP functional areas. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level. Strong customer orientation.
