The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical writing, and an overall understanding of networking technologies, particularly Cisco and Arista. -8+ years' work experience in a relevant field -Proven experience in project management within a technology-driven environment. -Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. -Familiarity with networking technologies. -Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills. -Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. -Cisco or Arista certifications. -Previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry. Responsibilities : -Coordinate and manage projects related to Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services. -Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables. -Create comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and configurations. -Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient support and troubleshooting. -Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. -Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and status.
