Design project roadmap and drive planning exercise involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Managing team, resource capacity, training, hiring, and onboarding of new joiners Monitor and effectively track project outcomes including managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Communicating project status and other updates to senior leadership and all stakeholders Identify project risks and ways to mitigate the same. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including other collaterals required by the business. Provide thought leadership and guidance for implementing new solutions. Required Qualifications: Masters or bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Project Management, from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement 5+ years of experience of managing project in data analytics, engineering. Experience of working in AGILE teams Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience solving problems, creating solutions and driving change within the team Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Prior experience in leading teams in a cross functional environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong thought leadership skills Ability to work efficiently and drive high-quality results PMP/PMI certification will be an added advantage Good to have experience in reinsurance domain Please send me below details ASAP .
