[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Senior Business Analyst(Payments) Location: Hauppauge, New York(Hybrid) Long Term Contract Job Requirements: Senior BA with 9 11 yrs. experience in Banking domain, Payments (Desired) , understanding various Payments transformations - MUST - Agile certification (any) is a MUST - Interact with users at all levels of the organization to elicit and define business requirements related to process improvement initiatives, project delivery and or product implementation Lead ongoing reviews of business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and identify. optimization strategies and suggest solutions. - Utilizing business/technical acumen and skilled communication, create business requirements documentation (BRD), and or - functional requirements documentation (FRD) to be used by internal & - external IT partners /3rd party developers and business departments to develop. - technical solutions that are efficient and satisfactory to both the respective business and the engineering team. - Develop comprehensive workflow diagrams of current "As-Is" and future "Should-Be" business processes, - systems, and user interactions utilizing MS office or other process flow applications. - Collaborating with IT development teams, create the testing strategy, testing plan, and the writing of test scripts that follow use cases formulated during business requirements gathering. - Partner with Change Management staff to deploy the training program and review completion of training sessions covering the designated teams. - Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. - Conduct timely meetings with project stakeholders about project issues, milestones, and accomplishments. - Monitor the execution of activities per the project requirements Keywords: business analyst information technology microsoft http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=934964&uid= |
