Position: Project Manager Location: Jersey City, NJ (HYBRID 2-3 Days Onsite) Duration: 12 Months DAYONE ONSITE/HYBRID 2-3 Days NO OPT NEED PP NUMBER or RECENT i94 JOB DESCRIPTION: Preferred Qualifications: Experience in project and team management Experience in developing project documentation and related collaterals Ability to create impactful presentations for C-level executives Strong communication skills Prior experience in management consulting and/or analytics-based consulting Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal resources and external stakeholder to gather requirements and translate them into project objectives. Liaison with other teams and business functions for the project requirements Ensure timely delivery of the project within the budgetary and resource constraint. Design project roadmap and drive planning exercise involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Managing team, resource capacity, training, hiring, and onboarding of new joiners Monitor and effectively track project outcomes including managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Communicating project status and other updates to senior leadership and all stakeholders Identify project risks and ways to mitigate the same. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including other collaterals required by the business. Provide thought leadership and guidance for implementing new solutions. Required Qualifications: Masters or bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Project Management, from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement 5+ years of experience of managing project in data analytics, engineering.
