Job Title-Technical Program Manager Location -San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Mandatory Skill Program Manager needed SAP S4HANA Finance knowledge must Agile/Scum Portfolio Management Role Context: The SAP Senior Engineering Professional plays an important role in the success of the Customers Finance team. The candidate should be knowledgeable of industry standard SAP Finance processes. They must also have a varied technical background which includes object-oriented development in ABAP. This senior engineer must be able to work effectively with globally staffed cross functional teams, manage multiple work tasks simultaneously, and deliver complex object-oriented engineering solutions across a highly integrated landscape. The scope of the work includes solution design, project centered implementation, features implementation, enhancements and ongoing support. Job Description: Own project roadmap, drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout. Cross-functional coordination for project socialization, planning, dependency management; and business/executive alignment. Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports on work within scrum team, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) check point artifacts along with all program level communications. Present information to technical and non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates. Minimum of 10 years experience in technical project/program management, portfolio management, SDLC, software, SaaS and/or related industry with SAP Finance experience. Strong awareness of SAP S4HANA Finance Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum methodologies Proven track record to provide structure and process without compromising speed of delivery. Experience influencing global product engineering and business teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to persuade, encourage, and inspire others. Self-motivated and not afraid to resolve unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.
