About the job We are looking for someone to help us with a long-term project around the following areas. Responsibilities: System Architecture and Integration: Design, implement, and maintain SAP, RevPro, and Billing solutions that seamlessly integrate with each other and align with business requirements. Ensure cohesive communication and data flow between SAP, RevPro, and Billing systems, optimizing end-to-end financial processes. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers involved in SAP, RevPro, and Billing system implementation and support. Mentor team members, conduct training sessions, and stay updated on the latest developments in SAP, RevPro, and Billing technologies. Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation and customization of SAP, RevPro, and Billing modules to meet the organization's revenue recognition, financial management, and invoicing needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and integrate Billing requirements into the overall financial systems architecture. Billing Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in Billing processes, including invoice creation, payment processing, and billing system optimizations. Implement Billing configurations that align with industry best practices and support diverse billing scenarios. Quarter-End Financial Requirements: Possess an in-depth understanding of quarter-end financial requirements and processes. Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting during quarter-end closing periods. System Optimization and Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of SAP, RevPro, and Billing systems, with a heightened focus on efficiency during quarter-end activities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to meet tight quarter-end deadlines. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that SAP, RevPro, and Billing configurations comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, particularly during financial reporting periods. Stay informed about changes in accounting standards related to quarter-end financial reporting. Collaboration with Accounting and Finance: Closely collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to understand their processes, requirements, and reporting needs, with a specific emphasis on quarter-end deliverables. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SAP, RevPro, and Billing configurations, customizations, and integrations. Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams, emphasizing quarter-end processes and reporting nuances Upgrades and Enhancements: Manage SAP, RevPro, and Billing system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption during critical quarter-end activities. Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology solutions with organizational goals. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP, RevPro, and Billing projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance). Extensive experience in SAP, RevPro, and Billing implementation and support. Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, accounting standards, billing processes, and quarter-end financial requirements. Leadership experience in guiding technical teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in SAP, RevPro, and Billing is a plus.
