             Establishes the marketing application, including defining rulesets, access groups, roles, operators, and the security model.

             Specifies and implements requirements related to the marketing application.

3.            Customer Class and Entity Design:

             Designs and implements the customer class and associated entities within the Pega platform.

4.            Marketing and Decisioning Solution Architecture:

             Drives the design of the architecture for marketing and decisioning solutions.

             Addresses security considerations, decisioning data, events streaming, channel interfaces, file interfaces, and Interaction History.

5.            Platform Leadership and Best Practices:

             Supports platform leadership within the Scrum team.

             Develops, advocates for, and monitors adherence to best practices in development and implementation.

6.            Infrastructure Optimization:

7.            Operational Performance Monitoring:
