Proven experience in instrument management within a laboratory or diagnostics setting. 2. Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments and their operation. 3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in diagnostics. 4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 5. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities. 6. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
