Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates Role : IBM API Support Location : Remote Mandatory skill - IBM API connect, api support, kubernetes, Ibm cloud pak products experience Detailed JD: API Connect Support Engineer The engineer will be responsible for the operational support of DataPower, and API Connect for customer's Gateway team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a relevant IT operational/production support position 3 years of experience supporting IBM API Connect OpenShift/Kubernetes; IBM Cloud Pak products experience is a plus Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues Ability to analyze logs and identifying the kind of issue and route it accordingly. Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools Strong drive for process improvement and operational excellence.
